Scope Design and implementation of entrance and lobby signage, and development of retail guidelines

Signage for the repositioned office building entrance and lobby provides a three-dimensional expression of the new brand, complements the architectural materials, and provides identification for the dual reception desks. Signage guidelines were developed for street-level retail to provide a framework that addresses a variety of storefront configurations and supports retail tenant branding.
